Whether you’ve just gotten a new piece of jewelry or you want to show off some old favorites, there’s no better way to do it than with a great hairstyle! Here are three of my favorites.
1. Low Ponytails

A low ponytail is a classic hairstyle that can be dressed up or down, making it perfect for showing off jewelry. To dress up a low ponytail, simply add some curl or wave to your hair with a curling iron or wand. Then, pull it back into a low ponytail. Use a sturdy snag-free hair-tie to secure it, and you’re all set! You can also add some shine serum and a boost of hairspray to secure your hair and to give it an extra touch of glamour.
2. High Buns

A high bun is another versatile hairstyle that looks great with jewelry. To achieve a high bun, start by spraying your hair with some texturizing spray. This will help give your bun volume and texture. Next, create a high ponytail and secure it with an snag-free hair-band. Then, twist your hair around the elastic band until it forms a bun. Use bobby pins to secure the bun in place, and voila! You’ve got a chic updo that’s perfect for showing off earrings, necklaces, and even bracelets.
3. Knotless Braids

Knotless braids are a trend that’s been taking over Instagram lately, and we can see why! They’re not only stylish but also practical as they are a great protective style to keep your natural hair healthy, but also versatile, allowing you to try out different styles to show off your jewelry.
Keep in mind, however, that knotless braids are going to take some planning. It’s best to get them done professionally, but if you’re up for it, you can do them yourself. Here’s a great tutorial that walks you through the process.
If you have the time, this hairstyle is certainly worth it. I love how this style looks with hoop earrings and dainty necklaces.
